Morestone Group and our Founder and Managing Director Terry Morton specialise in structural landscaping project management, covering both hard landscaping (sod, brick walls, retaining walls, footings, brick edging, and concrete pathways) and soft landscaping (grass, plants and flora, dirt and irrigation).
Leveraging our specialisation in structural landscaping and Morton’s nearly two decades of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, Morestone Group has recently expanded and grouped its services to include end to end project management. The Morestone team is excited to deliver consummate project management service to local councils and property developers, as well as for other small, medium and large public and private organisations.
Does your project have a requirement for a playground, a recreational public space, outdoor play and learning facilities (as seen in childcare centres), or something else that requires the delivery of a range of assorted high-quality end to end structural landscaping services? If so, then Morestone Group has the construction and structural landscaping expertise and experience to safely deliver your project on time, on budget and to your exacting standards.
Founder and Managing Director Terry Morton brings a wealth of project management experience to Morestone Group and its clients, including hands-on experience delivering projects for local councils. That experience includes on site construction management, coordination of trades and installation from multiple suppliers, as well as ensuring Workplace Health and Safety standards are adhered to by every worker on site.
Morestone Group is pursuing opportunities to work with local councils, childcare centres, public and private schools as well as residential property developers to support them in their need for superior project management and comprehensive structural landscaping services. Morestone Group can offer a level of quality – in terms of both the work delivered and comprehensive customer service and project management – that isn’t currently available in the market.
At Morestone Group we intimately understand the Critical Path project management methodology. We employ the Critical Path project modelling technique to most effectively manage time, budget and safety in the delivery of structural landscaping works projects. Using Critical Path ensures that we deliver utmost efficiency for our clients on every project management job we take on.
While Morestone Group is a young business, Managing Director Terry Morton has nearly two decades of leadership experience in the construction industry. Prior to founding Morestone Group, Morton honed his structural landscaping and project management skills in the field over 15 years as a Project Manager a commercial construction company, where he specialised in the delivery of engineered structural solutions for industrial, commercial and agricultural clients.
Morton has a wealth of experience in working with local councils and large organisations to project manage jobs from end to end within the scope of client requirements. As such, Morestone Group offers a level of customer service that enables our clients to enjoy reassurances that jobs will be delivered on time, on budget, and to expectations.
While playgrounds and outdoor childcare facilities may be a new area for Morestone Group, we view playgrounds as a subset discipline of structural landscaping, a practice that has been our bread and butter since day one. We can work collaboratively with clients to deliver playgrounds and outdoor childcare facilities that emphasise both productive learning and fun, physical exercise and dexterity.
Morestone Group can deliver highly functional playground facilities that emphasise child safety. User safety is of the upmost importance for all Morestone Group projects, and when it comes to recreational playgrounds for young children and young teenagers, we know exactly where to draw the line between serious fun, serious learning and serious safety.
We can design functional playgrounds that suit the specific needs of your project. Whether that is a modern playground on trend with contemporary designs that focus on natural aesthetics (sandstone blocks and timber swings, for example) and education elements, or a playground that is bold, bright and traditional, Morestone Group can deliver the facility that your project requires on time, on budget, and to superior quality standards.
